NonPublic is a fast-growing investment platform specializing in private market access — connecting accredited investors to high-conviction opportunities across technology, AI, defense, and other frontier sectors through structured SPVs and fund products. We are an Australian Financial Services Licence (AFSL) holder operating under ASIC regulation.

We are looking for a sharp, commercially minded Legal Counsel to join our team. Reporting to the COO, you will be the primary in-house legal resource supporting our investment operations, fund structuring, and regulatory compliance. This is a hands-on role working closely with operations, deals, and leadership.

• Draft, review, and negotiate fund documents including Trust Deeds, Manager Agreements, Subscription Agreements, and SPV documentation
• Advise on AFSL obligations and ASIC regulatory requirements
• Support KYC/KYB and AML/CTF compliance frameworks
