Position Summary

407 ETR is seeking a Legal Counsel to add to our team. This role will be critical in building a legal compliance framework, strengthening our advisory services, and providing key contracts support, all to ensure 407 ETR operates in accordance with regulatory requirements, its governing documents, and industry best practices. The Legal Counsel will also be expected to promote a client‑focused, continuous improvement culture within the Legal Department.
