Are you a Legal Counsel looking for a broad, hands-on in-house role with real impact? For one of our clients in the energy sector we are looking for a Legal Counsel to join their in-house legal team, supporting Switzerland with a wider focus across the DACH region.

Are you experienced in:

• Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating commercial contracts (procurement, trading, and similar agreements)
• Advising on insolvency and enforcement law matters
• Supporting compliance with public law requirements, including public tenders
• Providing legal counsel throughout all phases of complex projects, from planning and procurement to commissioning
• Managing and coordinating external law firms
