Responsibilities:

• Review and draft routine legal/compliance documents


• Assist with preparing and filing various regulatory filings


• Assist with the process of opening sub-custody accounts


• Manage complex calendars for the General Counsel


• Assist with the launch of new mutual funds and private funds.


• Prepare materials for mettings and presentations


• Facilitate the meeting of attorney's deadlines by keeping organized schedules and providing timely reminders


• Conduct legal research

Qualifications:

• Experience working in well-established law firms. Large law firms are a plus.
