The Manager – Legal is responsible for supporting the Head - Legal in managing and overseeing all legal, contractual, litigation, debt recovery, arbitration, governance, regulatory, shareholder and family legal matters of the Group within the UAE. The role provides legal support to management, oversees the day-to-day operations of the Legal Department, manages departmental KPIs, supports Board governance activities, and safeguards the Group’s legal, financial and commercial interests.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the Head - Legal to oversee the full spectrum of legal and regulatory affairs across the Group.
