About The Role

As a Legal Manager, you are responsible to manage procurement-related legal matters, including contract drafting, review, negotiation, legal risk assessment, regulatory compliance, and advisory services related to vendor, supplier, and digital procurement engagements.

What will you be doing?

• Draft, review, negotiate, and manage a wide range of procurement and commercial agreements, including: Vendor Agreements, Service Agreements, Consultancy Agreements, Contractor Agreements, Goods and Services Procurement Agreements, Digital Service Agreements, Technology and Software Agreements, and other commercial and procurement-related contracts.
