Role requires independent handling of all cases of cheque bouncing/non repayment of loans by clients.
Should have a post qualification experience of 2-5 years, of which he/she should have worked as an in-house counsel with any sort of financial institution.

To draft and file complaints, petitions, suits, and appearing at all levels of courts including but not limited to magistrate, district, sessions, MSME, NCLT, Small causes, revenue, consumer forum.

Has mainly focused on arguments on behalf of the company for. Section 138 in The Negotiable Instruments Act.

Get affidavits and other formal statements that may be used as evidence in court.

Independent filing of legal cases on behalf of company.

Outstanding analytical ability and legal drafting and negotiation skills regarding a broad variety of agreements.
