1. Entity Setup and Maintenance in the Philippines:

• Oversee the incorporation, maintenance, and day-to-day legal affairs of local subsidiaries, ensuring that corporate governance documents, including board resolutions and shareholder resolutions, are complete and compliant.

2. Local Compliance Framework and Business Support:

• Coordinate, establish, and continuously improve the overall compliance framework for Philippine operations, with a focus on critical risk areas such as foreign investment access, data privacy, and labor/employment laws.
• Provide comprehensive legal support for frontline business execution, including drafting, reviewing, and negotiating various local commercial and investment contracts.
