What You’ll Do
Lead the Legal Operations function, driving initiatives to improve operational and cost efficiency.
Oversee the legal tech, knowledge management, case support, documentation and administrative functions within the team.
Lead initiatives related to contract lifecycle management, matter management, and compliance tracking.
Create and monitor department budgets, track spending, and identify cost‑saving opportunities.
Manage a team of paralegals and legal operations staff, including assigning tasks, mentoring, and conducting performance reviews.
Serve as a key liaison between the legal department and other business functions, ensuring alignment with company goals.
Coordinate training and professional development for the Legal Operations team.
