Position Overview

Legal PA Banking
An experienced Legal PA, is required for a leading Irish law firm.

Hybrid arrangement – four days onsite until probation is complete, reducing to three days onsite following successful completion.


This role will not suit FE1 candidates or those intending to pursue a training contract.

This role will require:

  • Strong experience in complex document production and formatting including: large commercial contracts, redlining, tracking changes.

  • Experience using billing software, time allocation and invoice preparation.

  • Managing diaries and organising of client meetings.

  • Digital dictation skills and ability to type efficiently and accurately.
