We are currently seeking a Legal Receptionist to join our client  based in Pretoria East. As the Legal Receptionist, you will play a key role in supporting our legal department.

Key Responsibilities:

• Answering and directing phone calls


• Greeting clients and visitors


• Managing incoming and outgoing mail


• Assisting with scheduling appointments


• Maintaining office organization and cleanliness

Qualifications and Skills:

The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a receptionist role, preferably in a legal environment. Strong communication skills and a professional demeanor are essential.
