Merchantrade Asia Sdn Bhd is seeking an experienced Legal Counsel to assist the Head of Legal and Regulatory in administration, contract drafting, and compliance across regulatory matters for money services and e‑money issuers.

You will help develop SOPs, manage contract lifecycles, coordinate with solicitors and regulators, and support corporate exercises including due diligence, with a focus on timely, accurate legal support and risk mitigation.
