Qualifications:

+ 5+ years of legal secretary experience in a law firm.

+ Experience supporting multiple attorneys in a fast-paced legal environment.

+ Strong knowledge of state and federal court filings, calendaring, and litigation deadlines.

+ Experience preparing pleadings, correspondence, TOAs/TOCs, discovery, and other legal documents.
