We're looking for a Legal Tech AI & Automation Assistant who loves systems, automation, and figuring out how tools work. WHAT YOU'LL DO Build, maintain, and support automations in common tools (like Airtable, Make.com, n8n, etc.) but also legal tech specific tools (like Clio, Gavel, MyCase, Lawmatics, etc.) Design and support CRMs and internal workflows Create documentation and SOPs Communicate with clients via email as needed WHO YOU ARE Highly proactive and self-directed (no micromanagement needed) Curious, resourceful, and constantly learning new tools Comfortable working independently and as part of a small team Detail-oriented and enjoys behind-the-scenes work Clear, professional written communicator This is not a coaching or consulting role.
