Position Overview

Description
 :What you’ll be doing:
Carrying out lifeguarding duties as well delivery of swimming lessons if required
General running of the centre reception desk including dealing with customers queries
Membership administration
Cleaning of the centre
First aid support
Supporting with the delivery of events held in the sports centre such as pool parties, children’s parties including any planning required in advance
Supporting with large scale events on site. Advance notice will be provided
Working shifts including weekends
What we’re looking for:
Be in possession or in the process of gaining an RLSS NPLQ qualification
Preferred experience within the Leisure and/or Events industry or another suitable role.
An interest in Sport and the Leisure industry.
Good communication skills – people skills
Ability to work in a team and independently
