We are seeking a detail-oriented Lending Specialist with a strong background in commercial lending for a temp-to-hire opportunity in Westbury, NY. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience supporting commercial loan processes, including documentation, underwriting support, loan servicing, and client communication. This role is well suited for a professional who thrives in a fast-paced financial services environment and can manage multiple loan files with accuracy and efficiency.


Key Responsibilities:

+ Process and support commercial loan applications from intake through closing

+ Review loan documentation for completeness, accuracy, and compliance

+ Coordinate with relationship managers, underwriters, attorneys, and clients throughout the loan process
