Support our music program as a Lessons Associate in Dartmouth. Schedule students, manage payments, and assist with events in a customer service-driven role.
We are looking for a Lessons Associate to register and schedule students, answer phone queries, and assist with lesson payments and collections. You will work closely with the Lessons Coordinator to keep student records updated and help with commission report reconciliation, as well as lend support during music recitals. Strong customer service skills are critical for this role.
Key Responsibilities:
• Handle student registrations and lesson scheduling
• Process phone inquiries and pass messages to instructors
• Collect payments for lessons and overdue accounts
• Update records in collaboration with the Lessons Coordinator
• Assist with recitals and events as needed
Requirements:
• Minimum one year of instrumental music training
