Our client is currently seeking a **Level 1 Technician** to join their team **onsite** in New York, NY.
**Duties and Responsibilities:**
+ Test and image desktops and laptops
+ Maintain, analyze, and troubleshoot software and computer peripherals
+ Set up, configure and add all hardware
+ Assist client internal IS technicians with large IMACs
+ Provide technical support to end-users via telephone and in person
+ Assist in developing and documenting improvements to current processes
+ Manage (ServiceNow / Clearvision) ticket queue constantly throughout the day
+ Assist coworkers in the resolution of end-users' technical issues
