Level 2 Technical Support Engineer

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, additional technical certifications (CCNA, CCNP/equivalent) or related field (preferred)

    • MINIMUM EXPERIENCE

  • Experience in a technical support role

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities

  • Ability to work independently & collaboratively Familiarity with ticketing systems & CRM software
