Whey MAINTENANCE DEPARTMENT


General Summary:

Group Leader is responsible for overseeing and directing the crew performing troubleshooting, repair, and preventive maintenance on plant equipment. Support Maintenance Supervisor with a Weekly Plan execution.


JOB DESCRIPTION:

+ Responsible for providing direction to the crew and equipment in accordance with Company Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).

+ Ensure weekly plan execution to facilitate minimum requirement of 80% planned work completion.

+ Responsible to perform daily pass downs with clarity and accuracy (Assist Maintenance Supervisor)

+ Ensure all Red Tags, Hot Work permits, and documentations filled in accordance with Company Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).

+ Performs daily area walk through of department to pre-plan work with production team. (Pre-plan)
