Completion of requirements and transacting with various government bodies regarding annual renewal of permits, vehicle insurances and other documents
Coordination with the accounting/treasury department for payment requests and approval of expenses
Must be a College Graduate of any course but preferably Business Administration or Commerce
Previous experience in documentation/compliance, administrative an advantage but not required. Fresh Graduates may apply
Must have a pleasing personality, confidence and effective communication skills - both in writing and speaking across all levels
Must be willing to be assigned in Bagbaguin, Valenzuela under a regular 8 hours work schedule from Mondays to Saturdays and willing to work Sundays, holidays, overtime when needed ...
