Job Summary
The post holder will deliver a service to facilitate the safe and appropriate transition of high-risk Offender Personality Disorder Pathway (OPDP) eligible female offenders who present with particularly complex needs from Both Prison establishments and Approved Premises with HM Prison & Probation Service (HMPPS) to the community. This post will form part of a developing Welsh Intensive, Intervention and Risk Management Service, (IIRMS). In the course of their duties will be responsible for;

• Providing positive intervention during transitional periods that can enhance the success of offender rehabilitation, leading to reduced rates of reoffending and sustained periods of stability in the community.
• Improving access and progression through services by supporting transitions between clinical services in secure OPD sites in England and clinical services in Wales, also to improve maintenance of contact between community services and offenders when recalle...
