Job SummaryThe post holder will deliver a service to facilitate the safe and appropriate transition of high-risk Offender Personality Disorder Pathway (OPDP) eligible female offenders who present with particularly complex needs from Both Prison establishments and Approved Premises with HM Prison & Probation Service (HMPPS) to the community. This post will form part of a developing Welsh Intensive, Intervention and Risk Management Service, (IIRMS). In the course of their duties will be responsible for;
- Providing positive intervention during transitional periods that can enhance the success of offender rehabilitation, leading to reduced rates of reoffending and sustained periods of stability in the community.
