Library Assistant

We are hiring a Library Assistant for our academic library located in Ras-al-Khaimah. This is a contract job with a salary of 1800$ per month, suitable for Indian nationals looking for English speaking jobs. This position does not require any previous experience and does not include accommodation. Candidates must have their own visa to be eligible for this role.
Responsibilities:
- Assist the Librarian in managing the library and its resources
- Organize and maintain library materials, including books, journals, and electronic resources
- Help students and faculty with research inquiries and locating materials
- Conduct regular inventory checks to ensure all materials are accounted for
- Process new library acquisitions and maintain accurate records of incoming and outgoing materials
