Overview

The position is responsible for overseeing architectural aspects, coordinating with in-house team, subcontractors and suppliers, to ensure the timely delivery of materials and adherence to project timelines. The architect will do daily site inspections to assess quality of work and compliance with design specifications. They will make revisions or adjustments as necessary to ensure the successful realization of the architectural visions and monitor the site at all time.

Qualifications

• Must have a Bachelor's degree in Architecture
• At least 6 months to 1 year of related work experience
• Must be a Licensed Architect
