**Home Health Visits - Per Diem - Social Worker**

**Licensed Certified Social Worker (LCSW) or Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW)**

**BAYADA Home Health Care** is currently seeking an experienced **LCSW** or **LICSW** for a per diem position to complete home visits in territories throughout Essex County and eastern Middlesex County, MA.

Prior home health experience is preferred, but not required. You will be an integral member of a multi-disciplinary health care team that provides skilled nursing and rehabilitative care to clients, affording them the opportunity to receive the medical care required to remain at home.
