This position is on a rotating shift. The Maintenance Millwright provides technical and mechanical support to ensure smooth production operations at the Mills facility. Responsibilities include troubleshooting, preventive and corrective maintenance, and continuous improvement of equipment.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and control system issues to ensure optimal performance of plant equipment and machinery.
• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on production lines and equipment to minimize downtime and maximize reliability.
• Provide technical expertise and leadership in maintaining and improving production line efficiency, productivity, and equipment performance.
