The ideal canidate will have a minimum of two years experience as an administrator, licensed in California, have expereince in behavorial health demographics, and possess the ability to creatively assist the facility realizing it's potential.  A generous base salary will be offered in addition to a robust incentive program, and complete benefit package extended.
