Position Overview

                        Sign-On Bonus: $5,000 for eligible rehires and external hires meeting qualifications and payment conditions.          

        Required Qualifications:      

      Bachelor's, Master's, or D.P.T. degree from an accredited Physical Therapy Program.    

      Oregon Physical Therapist License upon hire.    

      Physical Therapist License in state of hire and wherever care is delivered.    

      National Provider BLS certification from American Heart Association upon hire.    

        Additional Requirements:      

      Specialized physical therapy training or experience may be required occasionally to meet department needs.
