Overview

The Katavakoti residential unit offers round-the-clock assisted living and rehabilitative short-term care for the elderly on Otava Island, in a natural and peaceful environment by the sea. Katavakoti has two group homes: Onnela and the short-term care ward Jannela. You will work in both Onnela and Jannela and be responsible for various aspects of residents' daily lives, well-being, and care implementation. Your work includes basic care, medication management, and supporting residents' functional capacity and participation through a rehabilitative approach. You participate in care planning, organization, documentation, and reporting, and serve as a responsible nurse during your shift according to the plan.
