Earn: $25/hour + $7,500 yearly mileage stipend

The LPN is an integral part of the Assertive Community Treatment Team (ACT). The LPN provides community-based nursing services to individuals with severe and persistent mental illness. The LPN completes intake and annual nursing assessments, provide medication management and education, assist with ADL skill building, coordinate PCP and/or medical specialist care. LPN assist with crisis support.
