MUST:

Experienced Licensed Practical Nurse

Must have VA License

Must have BLS

Must have Triage experience

Must have Phone triage experience



Duties:

Responsibilities include answering incoming triage calls, utilizing the Electronic Medical Record to answer patients' questions, triaging providers as needed through the EMR, generating documents in the EMR, responding to patient requests in a timely manner, completing medication and insurance authorizations and digital filing of documents requiring provider review.
