Position Summary

We are looking for three licensed practical nurses for the elderly care sector of the Satakunta wellbeing services area, North Satakunta home care. You will primarily work in Honkajoki home care.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Customer‑oriented and supportive care work conducted in the client’s home, aimed at maintaining and supporting the client’s functional capacity.
• Responsible for the care and well‑being of home care clients according to an individual care and service plan, taking into account the client’s own functional capacity and existing resources.
• Work includes basic care as well as nursing tasks.
• Home care work is varied and the client base is diverse.
• Collaborate with colleagues to create a good everyday life with the client.
