About the Role:

The FASNY Firefighter's Home, a premier skilled nursing facility in Hudson, New York is seeking two part-time Licensed Practical Nurses. We are hiring an individual to join teams working on the 3:00 - 11:00pm shift and another to join our 11:00 pm - 7:00 am shift. Individuals working these shifts receive additional shift differentials.

The Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) plays a critical role in delivering high-quality nursing care for our residents. This position focuses on providing direct patient care, including wound management, pain control, and ensuring patients' comfort and safety. The LPN will collaborate closely with Unit Managers to implement individualized care plans and educate residents and their families on health maintenance and treatment protocols.
