You will collaborate with Registered Nurses to deliver essential resident care while taking on a leadership role over Continuing Care Attendants. Key Responsibilities:
• Assist clients with personal care activities
• Use lifts and slings for patient transfers
• Administer medications as required
• Monitor clients during nighttime hours
• Support community outings and inclusion activities
Requirements:
