As an LPN in our Assisted Living Community at Hallmark on the Park, you will lead the community team, administer medications, provide wound care, and assess residents' needs. You will play a key role in maintaining continuity of care for our Assisted Living residents.

About The Role

Employment: Temporary Part-Time (18 month mat leave coverage)
FTE: 0.875
Rotation: 4 days on ) / 2 days off, 4 evenings on ) / 2 days off.
