Job Description:
Assist in patient-centered care through an efficient flow of rooming patients, taking vitals, gathering and informing the provider with a detailed patient history and documentation of patient information. This team member will also be responsible for entering orders and coordinating diagnostic studies and communicating with other health systems and health care professionals under the direction of the attending physician. Other duties to include preparing exam rooms, prepping injections, scheduling appointments as needed, along with chart prep and other duties. This LPN/CMA will be a valued team member and be accountable for safe and compassionate care for all patients and their family members in a clinical setting.
