Job Description

The LPN provides direct patient care in a detoxification setting under the supervision of a Registered Nurse (RN), supporting safe and effective withdrawal management in a compassionate environment.

  Assist the RN in delivering patient care and implementing treatment plans

  
  


• 
  

  Monitor vital signs and withdrawal symptoms; report changes promptly

  
  


• 
  

  Administer medications as prescribed within scope of practice

  
  


• 
  

  Document patient care, observations, and medication administration

  
  


• 
  

  Support patient safety and respond to emergencies as directed

  
  


• 
  

  Provide basic patient education under RN guidance
