Description

Job Summary: In accordance with the organization’s mission, vision and values, the LPN OTP is responsible for the daily dispensing of Methadone. The following duties will apply:

+ Coordinate and document medical program compliance in accordance with Agency & OASAS policies, procedures and regulations.

+ Dispense Methadone medications accurately to OTP clients.

+ Accurately administer injectable medications to outpatient clients as needed and follow up with proper documentation.

+ Monitor patient inductions by obtaining precise vital signs and thoroughly documenting responses to Methadone.
