Licensed Practical Nurse

We support our Members with community-based, individualized programming, and evidence-based practices. All services are delivered by a coordinated team using a person-centered and trauma-informed approach. Our programs are designed with the primary goal of graduating each and every Member into a life that is lived in the community.

In order to make this possible, we need exceptional Licensed Practical Nurses who can meet the requirements below.
