South Savo Welfare Area Eloisa is seeking two licensed practical nurses for permanent positions at Saimaanharju Service Center in Mikkeli, starting from October1,2026, or according to agreement. Saimaanharju Service Center is located in the Kirkonvarkauden area, about three kilometres from Mikkeli city centre. The centre provides round‑the‑clock and communal assisted‑living services as well as short‑term care for the elderly.

There are 21 places for 24‑hour assisted‑living and 19 customer places for short‑term care. Clients are typically individuals returning home from a day off from informal care or elderly people transferred from hospital wards for continued care, whose functional capacity and ability to manage at home are assessed during short‑term care with the help of multidisciplinary staff.
