**TITLE** : Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) or Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC)
**DEPARTMENT** : Behavioral Health/Social Services
**REPORTS TO:** Behavioral Health/Social Services Manager
**POSITION STATUS/HOURS:** Part-time .8 FTE (32 hours/week) Monday – Friday hours in a clinic setting. Shifts would include 8a-4:30p three days a week and 10:30a-7p one day a week.

**JOB SUMMARY:** This role will include providing mental health individual sessions to patients of varying ages in the Rural Health Clinic.
