**Essential Responsibilities:**

1. Assist with provider line; prepare examining room and equipment.
2. Properly document nursing care.
3. Maintain absolute security and confidentiality of all medical records; observe applicable HIPAA rules.
4. Under the direction of a provider, examine and assess clients with illnesses or injuries or clients who become ill or injured; confer with physician to refer clients to the emergency room as required by their condition and document in medic...
