The Licensing Commercial Manager will drive Universal’s consumer products business across selected agent-based markets in EMEA. This 360-degree role will manage agent-led activity and key global partners, ensuring alignment with regional strategy and budget expectations.
Key Responsibilities
Partner with the Director, EMEA Agents, to manage external agent teams and deliver locally relevant plans that drive growth across key categories and retail accounts.Work collaboratively across internal teams, including Legal, Finance, Category, Retail and Franchise, to ensure clear communication, effective information flow and alignment on key deliverables.Ensure incoming deals support business growth in line with deal guidelines and category strategy.Own the quarterly forecast cycle for appointed markets, ensuring agent compliance and accuracy in submissions.Work with agent teams and relevant sta...
