At Wonderful Citrus , we are looking for an FP&A Leader to work closely with the Financial Planning & Analysis team, providing key financial analysis, identifying improvement opportunities, and supporting strategic decision‑making. This role is crucial for ensuring accuracy in reports and presentations to senior management, as well as driving improvements in margins and profitability.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and distribute standard and customized management reports for internal use.
• Monitor Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to measure overall business performance; analyze trends and expense projections, identifying opportunities and risks.
• Utilize analytical tools to develop reports, charts, and dashboards.
• Prepare weekly, monthly, and quarterly financial analysis, including revenue, expenses, and profitability.
