Position Summary

Thales Canada is looking for a Life Cycle and Materiel Manager (LCMM) – Marine Electrical Specialist to support its non‑Combatant In‑Service Support Programs for the Royal Canadian Navy. This role is Hybrid in Halifax, Nova Scotia or Hybrid in Victoria, British Columbia. The LCMM – Marine Electrical Specialist is responsible for engineering support and technical oversight of Electrical Systems including Power Generation, Distribution, Propulsion, Electronic, Automation and Controls Systems. Accountable to the Technical Services Delivery Manager and working directly with various internal and external stakeholders, this role manages activities to establish and maintain the configuration and design intent of electrical systems and equipment through their end‑of‑life and divestment.
