Interior Health is currently seeking a permanent full time Life Skills Worker to join our Mental Health Substance Use (MHSU) Health Outreach team under Population Health located at the Community Health & Services Centre located in Kelowna, B.C.

Who are we looking for?

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional with demonstrated frontline experience supporting high-risk and vulnerable populations in community health, public health, or mental health and substance use settings. The successful candidate will bring a strong background in communicable disease prevention and control, including HIV and blood-borne pathogens, reproductive and sexual health, immunization, harm reduction, sexually transmitted infection (STI) assessment, testing and treatment, wound care, and mental health and substance use support.
