What We Need In a Nutshell

We want our guests to have a whale of a time down at the pool and to be safe too, so we need lifeguards who have outstanding people skills.

Responsibilities

• Look after everyone’s safety at the poolside.
• Keep the pool area clean and hygienic.
• Ensure all work complies with legal requirements.
• Provide friendly and helpful assistance to guests.
• Be available to work on bank holidays.

Qualifications

• Good interpersonal skills – assertive and friendly.
• Natural vigilance and helpfulness.

Nice to Have

• Valid NPNQ (National Pool Lifeguard Qualification); optional if training is provided after passing swimming tests.
