We are seeking an experienced Light Gauge Steel Structural Engineer with strong modular and offsite construction experience to lead the structural design, analysis, and coordination of prefabricated modular building systems. The role focuses on designing cold-formed steel framing for modular units, ensuring structural integrity during manufacturing, transportation, lifting, and installation , while complying with relevant international codes and project requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and analyse Light Gauge / Cold-Formed Steel (CFS) systems for modular units, volumetric modules, and hybrid structures
• Perform structural checks for in-service loads, transportation loads, lifting stresses, stacking, and temporary conditions
