Role Description

This full-time Lighting Designer role is an on-site position based in Lima. The Lighting Designer will develop lighting concepts and detailed designs for commercial, residential, and architectural projects, ensuring that technical performance, energy efficiency, and aesthetic goals are met. Day-to-day tasks include preparing lighting plans and specifications, selecting fixtures and control systems, producing layouts and renderings, and coordinating with architects, interior designers, engineers, and project managers. The role also includes conducting site visits, assessing existing lighting conditions, making recommendations for improvements, and supporting installation and commissioning activities. The Lighting Designer will collaborate with clients to understand project requirements, present design proposals, and adjust solutions based on feedback and budget constraints.
