Technical Skill Requirements
Hands-on experience with DMX lighting control systems and signal distribution
Proficiency in operating lighting consoles (e.g. MA Lighting GrandMA, Martin M1 or similar)
Ability to program lighting cues and sequences for live shows and rehearsals
Strong knowledge of stage lighting fixtures (LED, moving heads, spotlights, strobes, fog machines, lasers)
Experience in lighting rigging, focusing, and circuiting for stage productions
Ability to perform troubleshooting and basic-to-intermediate repair of lighting equipment
Familiarity with electrical wiring and power distribution for stage setups
Experience working with overhead rigging systems and theatre infrastructure
Ability to read and follow lighting plots, cue sheets, and technical drawings
